At YAB Clothing CC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at yabclothingcc.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing the return shipping address.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Please note that certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
